1. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has been delivered. However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:
✅ Project Not Started: If you request a cancellation before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
✅ Failure to Deliver: If Zaim Automations is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued.
✅ Non-Functioning Solution: If the delivered AI automation does not work as described and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 days, a refund may be considered.
✅ Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
❌ Custom AI Solutions & Workflows – Since these are built specifically for your business, they are non-refundable once delivered.
❌ Client-Induced Errors – If the automation stops working due to client-side modifications or third-party changes, no refund will be issued.
❌ Change of Mind – If you no longer wish to use our service after the project has started or been completed, no refund will be provided.
❌ Delayed Responses from Clients – If a project is delayed due to a lack of client communication, we are not responsible for cancellations or refunds.
3. Modification & Revisions
At Zaim Automations, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered service, we offer up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of project completion. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
