✔ You will not misuse, modify, or resell our services without permission.
✔ Zaim Automations retains ownership of custom-built AI solutions unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made before service delivery, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other accepted method.

  • Prices for services will be communicated to the client before the project starts.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing any service.

  • Full refunds are available only if the project has not started.

  • If the AI automation does not function as described, we will attempt to fix it. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial refund may be considered.

  • No refunds are given for completed and delivered projects.

  • Duplicate payments will be refunded upon verification.

If a client violates these conditions, we reserve the right to terminate service access without a refund.

Zaim Automations provides solutions "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.

All AI automation solutions, chatbots, and workflows created by Zaim Automations are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom licensing contract.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our AI-powered solutions without written consent.

10. Termination of Services

Zaim Automations reserves the right to terminate any client’s access to our services if they:
